Yes! All products are covered by a two-year limited warranty. Select products are covered by a ten-year limited warranty. Your product’s manual will tell you which warranty term applies. We can but our order processing system is not optimized for time sensitive shipments. If you need your order delivered by a certain time, the best thing to do is call us. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We do not guarantee delivery times but do strive to process orders as quickly as possible. In general you can expect your order to be processed by the next business day. After that, transit time varies by location and method.

All shipments originate from New Jersey. Shipments inside the NJ Tri-State area (New York, Connecticut, Easter Pennsylvania) are usually delivered in 1-2 business days. For the South and Midwest regions of the U.S. you can expect a 2-3 business days transit time. For the West Coast you can expect 3-5 business days.

No. If your system came with only one transmitter, then it’s a single channel system. Our single channel receivers can only accept signal from one transmitter at a time. The ability to run two wireless transmitters simultaneously requires the use of a specialized, dual-channel receiver.

Azden’s current wireless microphone models are primarily designed for use with digital cameras and mobile devices for the purpose of capturing audio for video. While it is possible to connect an Azden wireless microphone to a loudspeaker system, it usually requires a few extra accessories while lacking features needed for on-stage applications. For that reason, you’re probably better off looking at other brands of wireless microphones if your application is live sound reinforcement.

Yes, with a few exceptions. All of our shotgun microphones, video microphones, lavalier microphones and audio mixers are entirely made in Japan and largely assembled by hand. There are a few wireless microphone components that are made in Taiwan by a partnering factory, but still carefully designed by Azden engineers.

Yes, for now. But eventually azdenproshop.com will be retired and orders will need to be placed here on azden.com. As long as azdenproshop.com is active, there is no meaningful difference between placing an order there versus azden.com. Azden owns and operates both websites.

Azdenproshop.com was for many years Azden’s direct sales e-commerce site. The newly redesigned azden.com (what you’re looking at now) includes e-commerce capabilities, so azdenproshop.com will not be needed in the future.
