UPDATE; June 29, 2020:

Azden’s New Jersey based office is now open again and staff have returned as Azden is following all state issued guidelines regarding Covid-19 . Phone support is now available and we can be reached by phone during our normal business hours of 8:30 am – 12:30 pm, and 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm ET, Monday through Friday. We will continue to provide support by email as well. All orders are now being processed and shipped without delays. However, due to the various challenges that now exist when importing goods from abroad, some items may have limited availability. If a product is out of stock on our website, please check to see if the product is available from one of our official dealers.

UPDATE; May 21, 2020:

The mandated closure of many nonessential businesses is still in place here in New Jersey, although restrictions are beginning to be relaxed. Unfortunately, there is still no indication of when Azden personnel will be allowed to return to the office or when warehousing operations can return to normal. Despite this, Azden is still taking and shipping orders, in most cases, without any delay. It is still the case that customers ordering small parts (lapel clips, battery covers, antennas, etc), may experience an additional lead time of 3-5 business days.

Phone support remains unavailable, but our support and sales staff are responding to emails promptly. If you have questions about your order or need help with a product, please use our contact page to send us a message. If your problem requires a phone call, leave your phone number and we will reach out to you.

UPDATE April 21, 2020:

The mandated closure of nonessential businesses is still in place here in New Jersey. We are hoping for this restriction to be lifted soon, but it looks like it will remain in place at least until May 15th.

In the meantime, Azden is open for business. Our warehouse remains operational and the vast majority of orders placed by our dealers are shipping on time without delays (despite reduced staffing and other precautionary measures taken to protect worker safety).

The same is true for orders placed through our website, with the exception of small parts orders (such as lapel clips, battery covers, antennas, etc), which may see an additional lead time of 3-5 business days.

Our customer service personnel are available and responding promptly to email messages. If you have questions about your order or need help with a product, please use our contact page to send us a message. If your problem requires a phone call, leave your phone number and we will reach out to you.

UPDATE March 21, 2020:

Azden’s office will be closed until further notice as a result of the most recent executive order issued by New Jersey governor Phil Murphy which mandates the closure of all nonessential businesses. Azden’s warehouse, however, will remain operational, albeit with limited staff.

During this time, Azden personnel are working from home and are still able to offer support to customers and dealers. If you need to get in touch with us, please use the contact form on our Contact Page, or send an email to support@azden.com. If you need to speak with someone, please leave a contact phone number and we will reach out to you as soon as we can.

Azden is currently still able to accept orders from dealers and customers and we will be trying to process and ship orders as quickly as we can. However, due to limited staff at our warehouse facility, there may be some delays in shipping.

We want to assure everyone that Azden is handling this COVID-19 outbreak in accordance with all WHO, CDC, State and Local health recommendations and mandates. The safety of our staff, families and sales partners are of paramount importance to us.

During this time, we continue to remain operational, as our sales support, shipping/receiving and supply chain all remain intact and available to support our customers.

We understand that the situation is very delicate, and the status can change at any time, but we want to let everyone know that we are still able and committed to providing great products and service through this difficult time.
